Shipping policy
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- $5.50 Flat Fee Shipping for most products under 1lb. Shipping fees will populate during checkout.
- $13.50 Flat Fee Shipping for packages of long dimensions, heavy products (generally over 1 pound) and items that USPS and UPS apply additional surcharges to (examples: arrows, fishing rods, landing nets, etc.), excluding bows.
- $24 Flat Fee Shipping on all bows, new or used.
- Laurel Mountain Outfitters utilizes several distribution methods to fulfill orders. Shipping fees may be stacked if items are shipped from multiple locations.
- Orders shipped outside the United States do not qualify for flat fees or free shipping rates. International shipping will be charged actual shipping rates quoted by the carriers. Shipping fees will populate during checkout.
- Laurel Mountain Outfitters typically relies on the service of USPS and UPS for its shipping needs but may sometimes utilize other carriers.
Processing & Packaging
- Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order.
- Personalized orders such as custom arrows, may take additional processing time.
- Remember, we like to hunt, fish, and camp too! We will ensure our customers are aware at the time of check out that we will be away from the shop and unable to process your order within the standard 1-3 business days.
- In efforts to reduce waste, some of our products may not be in typical retail packaging. Rest assured though, all items are new and come with the manufactures warranty if it applies.
